01. How does payment work?
Most projects are divided into two payments: a 50% deposit and 50% final payment. The first payment is made before the project is begun and the final payment is made before launch.
On larger projects, we can set milestones for payments. Payments are made by bank transfer.
02. Will my website be SEO-friendly?
Yes. All websites include basic SEO foundations, such as page titles, meta descriptions, and clean structure.
Advanced SEO services can be added separately.
03. Do you offer rush projects?
No, I don’t rush design.
Realm Studio specialises in intentional, considered websites, the kind that require space to think, refine, and build properly. Rushing a project often means sacrificing clarity and care, and that’s not how I work.
As a mum, I’m deeply mindful of balance, both for myself and for my clients. I structure timelines that allow for calm, focus, and thoughtful decision-making, ensuring your website is created with presence rather than pressure.
04. What is required prior to our website project?
Before booking, it’s important that you feel ready and clear.
You’ll need:
- Basic brand assets (At minimal a logo)
- Brand Imagery
- The ability to prepare your copy within the project timeframe

05. Do you provide hosting?
Hosting is handled a little differently depending on your website type.
For service-based businesses, I’m happy to cover the cost of 12 months of hosting when your full project investment is paid upfront. This allows your website to launch smoothly without immediate ongoing costs.
For e-commerce websites, hosting is managed through Shopify. During the build process, I’ll take care of the setup and development within my partner account. Upon launch, you’ll take ownership of the site and be responsible for ongoing Shopify subscription fees.
This approach ensures you have full control and ownership of your website moving forward, while still being fully supported throughout the build and launch process.
06. Are Shopify Themes included in the price?
Yes. A Shopify theme is included as part of your e-commerce website build.
Your website will be built using a carefully selected Shopify theme that best suits your brand, products, and functionality needs. The theme is chosen for its flexibility, performance, and ability to be customised thoughtfully, not simply for appearance alone.
This ensures your Shopify website has a solid, scalable foundation that can grow with your business.
